Insider Updates
Building News : we made use of our new roof heat wiring investment from last year, we won a bid for a long-term lease of the Munroe school building (10 years, plus two 10 year renewals), and we installed new flushometers in the 3rd floor toilets (understandably, some of these things are more interesting to some than others). This month we are writing a grant for HVAC and accessibility feasibility studies, and anxiously await project bids to come in next week for the window restoration project.
This month we enthusiastically welcome our new MCA Business Manager , Margaret Counts-Klebe. Margaret is a Lexington native with over 15 years of business and non-profit experience. We sadly say good-bye to Laurie, but wish her well in her new job - she has been a blessing to MCA.
