Murray State College hosted the Board of Regents Summit on Tuesday.
The day started with lunch where CGA Architects provided the College's master plan survey results with the Regents. Murray State's Brian Cothran and Justin Rutledge presented the Agriculture Farm Master Plan.
The Regents were given a copy of the College's strategic plan, and then heard from the deans about their strategies and goals.
The Student Government Association leaders joined everyone for dinner.

President's Scholars Program Etiquette Dinner
Murray State Regent Adisha Chapman presented on the importance of business and dining etiquette for those in leadership roles. She encouraged them to be confident and authentic during dining conversations.
In leadership preparation, the PSP students participated in an etiquette dining experience on Wednesday night.
Dr. Faltyn gave some words of encouragement.
The students were able to utilize the skills learned as they shared a formal dining experience.
PSP Takes Trip to Arkansas
During fall break, the President's Scholar Program traveled to Little Rock and Hot Springs, Arkansas, to explore water conservation.

Students learned about Arkansas wildlife, pet a baby alligator, viewed a glass blowing art demonstration and participated in aerial team building activities.
Johnston County Fall Festival
The Fall Festival took place at the Johnston County Fair Barn on Thursday night. Approximately 20 Murray State College student clubs had gaming booths for the public to enjoy, ranging from face painting to putt-putt golf.
Murray State Sponsors Golf Tournament
Murray State College sponsored the 12th hole and entered a team in the 2023 Plainview Foundation Golf Tournament. Brian Cothran, Justin Rutledge and Ginger Cothran represented Murray State throughout the tournament.
Bass Fishing Climbs in National Rankings
The Murray State Bass Fishing Team continues to climb in the national rankings.
The Aggies are now ranked as the No. 3 team in the junior college rankings and No. 26 in the national rankings amongst both two- and four-year schools.
Soccer Enters Postseason Play
The Murray State soccer teams competed in the Region II Tournament this week.
The women's team earned the No. 2 seed and a bye into the semifinals. The Lady Aggies battle the No. 3 seed, Eastern Oklahoma State College, on Friday evening.
The men's team earned the No. 3 seed in the tournament. The Aggies defeated the No. 6 seed, Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, on Thursday.
Murray State squares off against the No. 2 seed, NOC-Enid, Friday afternoon.
