Men's Golf Set Program Record

The Aggies fired a program record 274 (-14) final round to defeat Seminole State College and win the OCAC Golf Championship at Crimson Creek Golf Course. 

Noah Choi earned his first colleigate tournament win. Dylan Ros finished three strokes behind Choi, while Jurgen BallesterosAdam Husell and Parker Samuelson rounded out the top five, respectively.

Lady Aggies Claim Second Place at OCAC Golf Championship

The Murray State College women's golf team earned second place in the OCAC Golf Championship this afternoon in El Reno, Oklahoma.


Three Lady Aggies recorded top-10 finishes in the tournament. Kylee Smith fired her best round of her career on the first 18 holes to finish in a tie for sixth place. Cadence Merchant and Skye Vaca finished in eighth and ninth place, respectively.

Fred A. Chapman FFA Interscholastic Contest

Murray State College hosted the Fred A. Chapman FFA Interscholastic Contest on Tuesday. 461 teams and 1,408 students competed.

Oak Hall Students Learn About the Solar Eclipse

On Friday, Murray State College Science Professor Don Loving visited Oak Hall's Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade classes.


He demonstrated the movement of the sun by having students draw their shadows with chalk.

Softball Ranked No. 4

Just two days after cranking 16 home runs in two run-rule victories over Western Oklahoma State College, the Murray State College Softball Team climbed one spot to the No. 4 ranking in the NJCAA DII Week Six Poll.


The Lady Aggies have compiled an impressive 32-4 record this season and an unblemished 10-0 mark in region play.

Midgley Tabbed National Player of the Week

One day after being named Region 2 Player of the Week, Murray State College softball player - Shaylin Midgley - earned the National Player of the Week Award.


The sophomore from Silo High School led the Aggies to sweeps of the University of Arkansas Rich Mountain and Western Oklahoma State College this past week. Midgley posted a .643 batting average with 7 home runs, 16 RBIs, and 8 runs scored in just four games.

Lady Aggies Blast 16 Home Runs in Sweep

The fourth-ranked Murray State College Softball Team cranked 16 home runs in two run-rule victories over Western Oklahoma State College on Thursday.


The Lady Aggies also went 3-1 in the remaining four games this week to improve their overall record to 33-5 and 12-0 in region play.
