Murray State College Men's Soccer Team Heads to Nationals

The men's soccer team defeated Hill College, 3-1, to win the Mid-South District Championship. For the first time in program history, they will head to Wichita, Kansas, on Nov. 12-18 to compete in the 2023 NJCAA Division I Men's Soccer Tournament.

Head Coach John Connor was also named 2023 NJCAA Region II Women's Coach of the Year.

Bracket Revealed during "Watch Party"

Murray State College hosted a watch party to see when the Aggies would play in the NJCAA Division I Men's Soccer Tournament.


The Aggies earned the No. 11 seed and will square off against No. 2 Eastern Florida State College on Sunday, November 12 at 12:30 p.m. in Wichita, Kansas.


The next day, Murray State will battle No. 7 Tyler Junior College at 12:30 p.m.

Murray State College Men's and Women's Soccer Coach

Aggies Win Program's First Region II Title

The Murray State College men's soccer team won three games in four days to claim the program's first Region II Championship. The Aggies completed their quest with a convincing 3-0 shutout of top-seeded Eastern Oklahoma State College in the finals of the tournament.

Aggie Soccer Teams Honored at Halftime

The Aggie soccer teams were recognized at the Homecoming basketball games for their record-setting seasons.


The Lady Aggies set the program record for wins, goals and shutouts in a season.



The men's soccer team clinched their first berth in the NJCAA National Tournament along with winning their first Region II Championship and District Championship.

Soccer Garners All-Region Awards

Congratulations to Jimena Guevara and Uxia Varela on being named Region II First Team, while Hanna Brew, Cristina Escudero and Kaylee Foster earned Second Team honors!

Congratulations to Joel Green, Lucas Peruzo, and Dominic Woolley for claiming Region II First-Team honors, while Joshua Adeyemi, Victor Mayrink, and Uros Vulovic were named to the Second Team!

Five Aggies Ranked in Central Region

Five Aggies are ranked in the Central Region.


Congrats to Garrett Hughes, Blake Carter, Bryson Nelms, Rainey Coffman and Kagan Davis on being ranked in the Central Region standings.

Four Aggies Qualify for Bass Fishing Nationals

CJ Lawrence, Fisher Long, Sam Sutter and Braden Lankford have had tremendous success this fall and will represent Murray State College at nationals in May. The competition will take place May 23-24 at Pickwick Lake in Florence, Alabama.



The prestigious field will be capped at 200 elite teams that earned a spot in the event through a set qualification criteria.

#10 Men's Golf Fall Recap

The 10th-ranked Murray State College Men's Golf Team recorded three, Top 5 finishes across the four tournaments that they competed in during their fall season.


Their next tournament is the OCAC Golf Championship in April.

Women's Golf Fall Recap

The Murray State College Women's Golf Team recorded four, Top 10 finishes across their five tournaments during the fall season.


Skye Vaca fired the lowest round by a Murray State women's golfer in the past five years.
