Air Evac Training Hub

Murray State and Air Evac have partnered to share classroom and simulation laboratory space for their training and clinical internships for new flight crew members at Murray's Ardmore campus. Flight crew members come from places all throughout Oklahoma to train in Ardmore.

In return, the crew members will introduce Murray nursing students to emergency air transport operations and procedures.

Murray State Bass Fishing Team Wins State Championship

Murray State College Bass Fishing duo, Fisher Hill & Paris McCullers, won this year's Oklahoma B.A.S.S. College State Championship tournament.

The students competed against five other teams. Schools represented were Northeastern State University (NSU), University of Central Oklahoma (UCO), University of Oklahoma (OU) and Murray State College.

They will compete in the national tournament in August to represent Oklahoma and Murray State College.

Murray State Hosted the Ada Jobs Foundation Quarterly Roundtable Meeting

On Wednesday, Murray State College was host to Southern Oklahoma Entrepreneurship Ecosystem quarterly roundtable meeting.

The Ada Jobs Foundation is leading the way for entrepreneurship and innovation growth through the development of Southern Oklahoma Start Up Conduit Initiative.

Murray State is already working with this initiative.
