Murray State Bass Fishing Team Competes at Nationals

The first Murray State Bass Fishing team duo, Paris McCullers and Fisher Hill, competed at the national tournament in Counce, Tennessee.


They competed against 130 qualified teams. Paris is one of the only two ladies to compete out of the 400 national teams.

Murray State Ardmore Faculty and Staff Receive CPR Training

16 Murray State faculty and staff at the Ardmore campus participated in CPR and Automatic Electronic Defibrillator (AED) training.


The campus received two AEDs from the Southern Oklahoma Memorial Foundation.


The employees are now CPR and AED certified by the American Heart Association.

Senator James Lankford Visits Murray State

United States Senator James Lankford stopped by Murray State College for a quick visit.

Ardmore Family Literacy Event

Ginger Cothran and Robyn Peterson represented Murray State College and handed out rulers to students at Literacy Day 2023, sponsored by Ardmore Family Literacy Leadership.


Families around Ardmore stopped by Central Park to receive free school supplies from various community organizations.

Aggie Days

President Dr. Faltyn talked with the last freshman group for Aggie Days.


Students have moved in with anticipation of school starting on Monday, the 21st.

Welcome Week 2023

Murray State College Student Life has various activities planned for students during the first week of school, which starts on Monday.
