State Farm Insurance is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. To commemorate the event, they are giving 100 organizations $25,000 each to help with a project. This is a nationwide offering. Over 1500 applications were turned in and from that, 200 were chosen for the final "competition."
It is now the community's turn to help the organizations get into the top 100 leaderboard. The Josephine County Foundation is our local organization in the top 200. Their project is to help families in our community who need food. You can read about the details when you click to vote.
The Josephine County Foundation (you can visit their website by clicking their logo) has helped the museum every year with numerous tasks. You have seen them at Black, White, & the Blues and Art in the Garden. They have also helped alot with the packaging of the art bags for our fifth grade fields trips.
Now it's our turn to help them.
We need you to vote for them everyday starting now through May 6. Remember, this is a nationwide offering so some of the other organizations involved are much larger and potentially have many more "followers" who can vote.
It's easy - click on the button below and you will be linked to their special URL. From there you can sign in and vote. Once you sign in, your information can be saved and you can vote again the next day.
Thank you!
