WCUW has never once changed our format, only expanded to 24/7
and we now spread the voices of Worcester worldwide via www.wcuw.org/listen
No other radio station in New England can say this!
Dear Reader,

As Gail Hunt of the Thursday Drive (5 PM – 7 PM) shared recently, “I’d like to thank our underwriters and those out there who listen and support us. And those that are thinking we play a lot of great stuff – Like this show and that show – you can’t like everything, there’s no way…we have such a bunch of programming! But if you do, that’s awesome! Either way, we really do need your support!”

Those words are shared by all 60+ programmers that bring this amazing community resource to life hour after hour, 24/7, and now going into our 50th year as locally produced by real people, community radio!

WCUW memberships are $25 (Student/Senior), $50 (Individual), $75 (Family), $91.30 (Club), but as we’re celebrating our 50th year as community radio on the FM dial, we’d like to ask you to consider an additional $1 for each year you’ve appreciated some of the finest, and for sure, most unique programs/programmers on the dial or web! And if you’ve given recently, please consider an additional gift of just $1 per year of appreciation. Our Spring Fund Drive goal is a modest $18,000, your contribution, with that added $1 of yearly love, will ensure we make our goal in “record” time!

With much thanks to the Fletcher Foundation and Stoddard Charitable Trust, we have been able to add new signage to our store front, install a new door and make major upgrades to the our FRONTROOM Theater. We are also half-way to a total renovation of our main air studio (see photos below).

Programmers will have even more “working tools” to bring you quality radio in a much more comfortable setting. We will also be upgrading our membership management software this summer so you can receive your Membership perks as described below in a more timely fashion! Lots of improvements to help make our next 50 years as community radio all that much better. And that future is assured with your pledge of support today!

All WCUW Members enjoy a 10% discount on most new items at Union Music, a 10% discount at WCUW Record Sales, $2 off Cinema 320 tickets and two-for-one admission to the Worcester Art Museum. For an additional $10 request a WCUW T-Shirt . First and foremost though, we hope you find our ever-evolving program schedule and FRONTROOM offerings worthy of your continued support. www.wcuw.org/donate

Your contribution via a check, charge card or ongoing sustaining membership via this link HERE, will ensure we can continue our mission of serving up great radio throughout Central MA and the world via wcuw.org. Thank you in advance for your continued support in keeping WCUW and the FRONTROOM alive and moving forward!

Thanks again for your support!
Sincerely,
WCUW Executive Director
