At Must! Charities, every day is an exploration of possibilities. We’re driven by a simple yet powerful question: "What if?" It’s a question that challenges us to rethink the way we work, to approach problems with fresh perspectives, and to make strategic decisions that create lasting, positive change in our community.

As we step outside the traditional framework of philanthropy, we discover that by asking the right questions, we can achieve far greater results than if we simply went through the motions. Just recently, someone asked each of our team members to describe a typical day at work. The truth is, we didn’t have a simple answer—because no two days are the same. Each of us approaches the day with a different focus, but when I asked the team to reflect on what we had accomplished that day, I was struck by the collective power of the work we do.

While our individual answers varied, one common thread emerged: a shared commitment to a growth mindset. Whether we’re brainstorming new ideas, collaborating with partners, or tackling community challenges, we’re always asking, “What if?”

This mindset, combined with your generosity, has led to the direct, positive impact on hundreds of thousands of lives in our region—and we honestly feel like we’re just getting started.

As we wrap up 2024 and look toward 2025 and beyond, I’m excited to see how our "What if" questions continue to shape the future of our region and the future of Must! Charities. We can't wait to sum up all the impacts YOU made possible in 2024, and share some exciting new developments in 2025!
