Student ID

If your classes are on campus, you can visit Central Services. If you are a 100% online student, you can request an ID via email.

 

Send an email to Central Services at cmcccentralservices@mainecc.edu to request a student ID card.

Include your student ID number, full name and mailing address.

 

Attach a vertical head and shoulders (no head tilting) photo of yourself for the card. Snapchat and other app pictures with filters cannot be processed for Student ID cards.

We'll print your card and mail it to you!

Student Financial Services

All students are strongly encouraged to sign up for Direct Deposit on CM Connect! Having Direct Deposit enables you to receive your student financial aid refunds without the need of a paper check. To sign up for Direct Deposit, you’ll just need your bank account number and bank routing number. Go to CM Connect and the Payments and Student Billing page to sign up.


It is not too late to apply for financial aid for the fall! Just go to www.fafsa.gov and complete the FAFSA. You should hear from Student Financial Services within a week.

Financial Aid Scholarship Opportunities

Jason Scott Spaulding Memorial Scholarship

Deadline to Apply is Sunday, December 1


To qualify for the Jason Scott Spaulding Memorial Scholarship, the applicant must meet the following requirements:

 

  • Be currently enrolled at CMCC and have completed a minimum of 30 credits by the end of the fall 2024 semester.
  • Be planning to enroll for a minimum of 6 credits for the spring 2025 semester.
  • Be in good academic standing with a minimum 2.33 cumulative GPA by the end of the fall 2024 semester.
  • Have demonstrated financial need as determined from the 2024-2025 FAFSA.

Roger K. Williams Scholarship

Deadline to Apply is Friday, November 22


The Roger K. Williams Scholarship is available to CMCC students from Maine who live in Maine and who are currently enrolled for a minimum of 6 credit hours in a technical or business program of study for the Fall 2024 semester. Students should have a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA. Scholarship amounts may range from $500 to $1,000. All scholarships are to be awarded in late November for the current semester.
