World Championships in July-Aug
The Mutual of Omaha BREAKout! Swim Clinic would like to thank all of you who invest your time and energy in bringing Olympians to your swim club. We take pride in being your clinic of choice and look forward to serving you every year. As we come to an end of a fantastic spring and summer of clinics, we want to wish our Mutual of Omaha Gold Medal team athletes all the best at World Championships in Spain. World-record holder and swim clinician, Dana Vollmer, will be one of many representing our squad. Here is a link to the schedule and live coverage. 2013 Mutual of Omaha BOSC Gives Back
Supports Swim Across America
 For the past couple of years, Josh Davis & the Mutual of Omaha BREAKout! Swim Clinic joined forces with Swim Across America to help support the fight against cancer. Swimmers are not immune to this discouraging disease. Young Claire has been battling Leukemia and participated in our Mutual of Omaha BREAKout! Swim Clinic and demonstrated how tough swimmers can be!

Summer League Impact
This summer Jason Lezak, Kate Ziegler, David Walters, Josh Davis and more hit the summer league teams with hopes to inspire seasonal swimmers to fall in love with swimming and join their year-round club. Athlete of the Month
Kristy Kowal Joins Team Jared
 In July, Dick and Rick Hoyt, the father-son team that has run 31 Boston Marathons together, was honored with one of the most prestigious honors at the ESPY Awards Wednesday at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. This award went to a father who has been faithful to pull & push his son Rick, who has cerebral palsy and can not speak or move without electronic assistance, in numerous races over the last thirty-eight years. They're known as Team Hoyt. Following Dick's inspirational example, Kristy Kowal volunteered to pull Jared, in a raft, to help him complete a triathlon. Great job, Kristy! |
