Previous to my introduction to Plexus I suffered a bad miscarriage at 11 weeks. I was depressed and began finding comfort in food which caused a huge weight gain. We started fertility treatments along with acupuncture which proved to be wasted time, money, and many months of heartbreak. I used every dime I had in savings and maxed out many, many credit cards. I was opening one credit card after another. I would get a cash advance on one card to pay another and the cycle continued. My lowest limit credit card was $5000.00 and I had close to 15 open credit cards. This just made me even more depressed. I was at the point that I didn't care if I even woke up in the mornings... it's not like anybody cared (this is how I truly felt). 

I really didn't have very many friends and I couldn't talk to my husband about any of this. I had lost a few pounds, but was still very heavy. November 2011, I was done... no more fertility. I couldn't stand the heartbreak anymore and I was maxed out financially. A couple of months later I saw a post on my friend Melissa's Facebook page about this stuff called Plexus Slim. I admit it caught my eye and I was curious. I had tried so many weight loss products and programs and NOTHING worked. Sure, I'd lose 5 or 10 pounds, only to gain it plus more each time. 

I messaged Melissa and she said I could try it for 7 days for only $30 well... ok... sure... why not? I ordered a 7-Day Trial from her website. I didn't have the money, I knew this "stuff" wasn't going to work, but I was going to be able to say I tried EVERYHING out there and nothing worked. I received my 7 day trial and by day 3 I felt different. I had to have more. After talking to Melissa,  she convinced me to sign up as an Ambassador although I knew I wasn't going to sell it. 

I've tried selling "stuff" many times over and just ended up in more debt. Keep in mind I was so far in debt I could barely breathe... where was I going to get the money from?? I asked my husband if I could borrow $200 to order this Slim stuff... and to put gas in my truck. Needless to say he wasn't happy, but I knew he wouldn't say no. I explained the process to him and all he said was "You are not going to try to sell anything else. We don't have room for all sorts of junk to be all over the house." I told him I wasn't selling anything else I was only signing up to get the products for wholesale price. 

I started Plexus and began losing weight then all of a sudden no more weight loss. My clothes weren't getting looser, the scale wasn't moving, and I was tired. I was ready to throw in the towel and then it hit me... I was late... yep, I got pregnant... on Plexus! Plexus balanced out my blood sugars which triggered everything else falling into place. Plexus did what ALL the medication I was on (I stopped all of it at the end of November 2011) couldn't do. I have a very healthy baby boy (he weighed 11 pounds 3 ounces at birth and he was born a week early). 

November 16, 2012, I started my Plexus products again and I decided I was going to really promote my business. I've lost over 50 pounds. I was in a 2x top and a very tight 18/20 pants (I had to use pliers to zip them and a hair elastic to hold the button closed). I'm currently in a size 12 pants and a size large top. I'm not even close to being finished yet! 

In August, I turned Emerald. As far as my debt, well... I'm totally debt free!!!! I'm glad I didn't listen to my husband when he told me no more selling stuff. I'm quite positive he is too! I'm loving life and everything Plexus has done for me. I thank God every single day for everything He has brought into my life. The pink drink saved me in more ways than one!
