Please Help Us Find New Stewards
For a Piece of Heaven
It's time to say farewell to our 190-acre Sun Bear Farm in Johnson, Vermont. For the past 20 years this mountainside jewel--its woodlands, pastures, ponds, streams and views from heaven--has been our teacher. We've always known that only on worldly terms were we the owners of this property. The privilege of being its stewards is more the reality. And now it's time for the next stewards to appear.

I help leaders answer life's two most important questions: What's going on, and what's the healthiest action I can take in this moment?
A leader (but truly anyone) who aspires to engage the world as fully as possible is faced with two challenges:
- Defining health (for an individual or institution) and the practices necessary to nurture it.
- Determining how to take action grounded in a high level of legitimate confidence that we are making the most effective, life-affirming choice we can, moment by moment.
In service of these aspirations, the perspective I offer is timeless, universal and without blame or judgement: as life-affirming generations from now as it is today, and has been forever.
