Customer feedback surveys indicate that customers want their utility to help them control their costs. Showing customers how and when they use energy is key.
To help customers better understand their usage patterns, they can enable up to four comparison graph curves at once when viewing usage in the Charts view:
- Temperatures
- Precipitation
- Humidity
- Previous time periods
- Bill Period Average
Customers can see how their electric and water usage changes with changing weather conditions, and how current usage compares to past usage or period averages. Using these tools can help customers better manage their usage during times of extreme weather conditions.
Weather information used for comparisons is retrieved for local conditions through AerisWeather.
