Recent Software Updates
User account password resets are now link-initiated instead of with an emailed temporary password
Ability to update credit card expiration dates if card was added to the online wallet after November 2021 for Paymentus users and August 2022 for PSN users
Customers will now receive an email when their credit card on file will expire, encouraging them to update the expiration date in the online wallet to avoid failed automatic payments
FEATURE HIGHLIGHT: Rate Comparisons
Survey says...customers want more rate options from their local utility. The Compare your rate options tool helps customers choose what rate is most economical for their home or business.
The Compare your rate options widget automatically displays on the customer dashboard
Customer chooses the time range for the analysis
The period's energy cost is calculated based on historical AMI usage data, comparing the standard rate to optional Time of Use rate(s).
Summary screen can link to information on your website about your Time of Use rate options and/or enrollment form

New AMI meters?
If you're in the early stages of adding AMI meters for electric or water service, please let us know so that we can get that important data available to customers in MyAccount. Please submit a ticket to the WPPI Help Desk or the WPPI Support Center and request that AMI data be sent to MyAccount.
