We're hitting the road for MyAccount Refresher Training this summer
The survey in last month's MyAccount Minute indicated that there's interest from utility customer service staff for training to brush up on MyAccount and all its features.
This will be an opportunity to relearn the basics as well as dive into some lesser-known MyAccount features, and how everything works together for the best customer engagement experience. There will also be a discussion about the tools available to help your utility communicate MyAccount's benefits to your customers.
In-person training will take place in three member communities:
Waunakee - Wednesday, July 12
Black River Falls - Tuesday, July 18
Kaukauna - Thursday, August 3
Schedule at each location:
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. MyAccount Refresher 101
12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Lunch
1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. MyAccount Refresher Advanced
Register for one or both training sessions, and be sure to join your colleagues for lunch!
