Admin users can see the status of notifications sent to customers by running a simple report.

Go to Reports > Notifications > Consumer Notifications Sent

Enter the Start and End Dates for the period of interest

Select the Message Type of interest
The report will display all customers to which that notification type was sent during the period.
The report will also display the time the message was delivered, the time (and if) the message was opened, and whether the the message was undeliverable and why.
Notification reports can help track how effectively customers are receiving important and timely account information.
