STEP provides ultimate nurse convenience and product reliability. Ship McRoberts your dirty tags each week and McRoberts returns the same number of tested and disinfected tags. Invoicing is monthly.

MyChild 5.6 is Nurse-Friendly
MyChild end users provided feedback and we are listening!
MyChild 5.6 includes the following features that were requested by nurses:
• Console Offline alarms no longer show or sound on nurses’ workstations.
• MyChild Network Offline alarms now only play the alarm sound a single time.
• Device Offline alarms only show on the consoles that are affected by the devices being offline. 
• These system alarms trigger an email notification to McRoberts Tech Support and appear on the hospital’s enterprise consoles only (security department). The circumstances that trigger these alarms do not impact infant security and nurses cannot cure the situation causing these alarms.

Supervision Beacon Missed (SBM) Alarms have been reduced through a new algorithm in the software that verifies the situation before triggering the alarm.
Do you find the “Dirty Tag” feature doesn’t allow you to use tags again as quickly as you would like to? Just call Tech Support and ask them to turn that feature off!

Check Out Our New Custom-Designed Cut-Bands!
A key differentiator of MyChild cut-band tags are the cut-bands. MyChild cut-bands were custom designed for McRoberts. They are the thinnest, softest and most flexible on the market. Specifically designed for all patients, including preemies, they feature soft cotton on the side that touches the skin and a flexible conductive material on the outside that forms a circuit when attached to a cut-band tag. When the circuit is interrupted, the system alarms. To use MyChild cut-band tags, your MyChild software must be upgraded to version 5.6 and receivers must be existing or added.
