If this doesn’t seem like a lot, researchers also add that many people fail to lose the weight they gained over the holidays, creating a steady accumulation of weight increases yearly. Seniors like yourself are most especially at risk of weight gain since your body doesn't process foods as well nor as fast as it used to.
