With Much Gratitude

As another incredible year comes to a close, all of us here at MyRec.com would like to thank you for being part of the journey.

The holiday season is our time for reflection on all we've accomplished and it's been an absolute pleasure having your support and partnership in 2023.

We're eagerly anticipating the start of 2024, with fresh energy and creativity, our team can't wait to continue helping you grow.

Whether it's working with you to develop new solutions for your customers, or just offering our support as you try to reach your goals, we're always here for you

Wishing you health, happiness & joy this season!

Side 1: What's New

Reports

  • Added a key at the bottom of Reports>Financial Reports>Cancellation Report to identify what the letters in the left-hand column of the report mean.
  • If a user removed scans using the Access Scans report and there were no scans remaining, clicking on the Graph box link created an error page. The Graph box link has now been removed.
  • On the interior page of the Reports>Membership Reports>Export with Questions Answers report, the link to view the report without questions wasn’t working.
  • On the financial report, By the Numbers, all transactions were showing as NR. This fix separated out R and NR transactions, as well as adding a column for accountless transactions.

Activities

  • A fix has been issued preventing a name from showing twice on the Sign In/Sign Out and the Attendance sheet, despite registering for items in the same week/month but at different times.
  • Removal of Subscription settings for creating new Memberships and Advanced Activities- use new Payment Plans option.
  • After choosing a member to register, the choice of ‘Today’ has been added to the Date Range drop down menu in the Activity Search. This will filter out any activities not running on the current day.

Memberships

Checkout

  • For those departments with no payment gateway, we made some changes allowing public side users to register for a $0 item. They will incur a balance if the item(s) include a fee.

Misc

  • If you entered a date range above the dashboard from which to show data, the end date would move forward a day on the interior page. This has been fixed.
