The Singapore Maritime Week (SMW) was held last week with innovation and sustainability as key themes. During the SMW, International Maritime Organization (IMO) Secretary-General, Mr Kitack Lim, called for member states to elevate their vision and level of ambition towards 2050 with regards to greenhouse gas emissions strategy. He also called for a global framework in the maritime industry that strives for green shipping while ensuring that no one is left behind.

At Navozyme, we continue our efforts in this global effort for decarbonisation through our award-winning deeptech solutions.

Singapore Management University gala dinner for Rotterdam delegates and MLP Alumni

As part of the Singapore Maritime Week, a gala dinner was hosted at SMU to welcome key delegates from Rotterdam. The key people from Rotterdam included the Vice Mayor of Rotterdam Mr.Robert Simons and the CEO of the Port of Rotterdam, Mr. Allard Castelein.

Alumni from the SMU Maritime Leadership Programme (MLP) were also invited to this event. The SMU MLP is supported by the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore and is designed specially for senior maritime leaders from Singapore.

Back in October 2022, Anjaney Borwankar, Co-founder and Chief Executive of Navozyme led the SMU MLP delegation to visit the Rotterdam maritime innovation ecosystem.

Navozyme at the SelectUSA Investment Summit

Navozyme is part of the Singapore delegation at the ongoing SelectUSA Investment Summit. The invitation to participate was extended to Navozyme by Enterprise Singapore and Tribe.

Capt. Jitesh Jaipuriyar, Co-Founder & Board Member of Navozyme, is participating in this 4-day forum. He was also invited to participate in a roundtable discussion on 'APEC Investments: Creating a Sustainable and Resilient Future for All' at the Investment Summit.

Navozyme presents the revamped YACHTFOLIO at the MYBA Charter Show

Navozyme was invited to participate in the exclusive MYBA Charter Show in Barcelona. The event gathers superyachts and select charterers from around the world.

The Navozyme team presented the revamped YACHTFOLIO and discussed the plans to future-proof and further enhance the solution. YACHTFOLIO is used by hundreds of brokers globally to find high quality luxury superyachts to service their client's needs.

Just-In-Time bunkering via N-Bunker

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 873468, and from Puertos del Estado through Ports of Spain Tradetech Fund.

N-Bunker uses deeptech (AI & Blockchain) to reduce vessels waiting times. Reduced wait eliminates wasted fuel burn, facilitating decarbonisation.

Blockchain is used to secure the data from the source, ensure traceability and veracity. Powerful AI machine-learning algorithms predict the recommended time of arrival for the vessels minimising wait time and facilitating Just-In-Time bunkering.
