Dear Anjaney Borwankar,

A Happy Lunar New Year to you!

While the Chinese celebrate the new year with the rising new moon, its a good moment to remind ourselves of humanity's close relationship with nature. The moon cycles, the tides, the oceans and the water within our bodies all remain interconnected.

In this interconnected world, decarbonisation will not be possible in isolation. The International Maritime Organisation (IMO) has stewarded 2023's theme as "MARPOL at 50". IMO Secretary-General Kitack Lim said, "A lot has changed in shipping in the 50 years since the MARPOL Convention was adopted on 2 November 1973, and IMO's commitment to protecting and preserving the marine environment has remained unwavering."

At Navozyme, we enthusiastically continue with our work to help decarbonise. We invite you to join our efforts and connect with us. You can do so by learning more about our deep-tech solutions like N-MAP that enables safe, compliant and quick port-clearance-administration, or via participating in our webinars, like the recent one on MARPOL.
