Navozyme Chief Executive speaks at the Singapore Maritime Week about the importance of collaboration
Navozyme Chief Executive & Co-Founder Anjaney Borwankar was invited to lead a firestarter chat during the fourth edition of the prestigious Advanced Maritime Leaders’ Programme (AMLP). The AMLP is sponsored by the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) and is a biannual event where an exclusive group of key maritime global leaders from a wide range of influential organisations are invited to participate.
Amongst the other speakers during this session were MPA's Assistant Chief Executive, Mr Kenneth Lim, Deputy Chief Executive of Berlitz Marine & Offshore, Ms Perlin Chan and Head of Technology for PSA, Mr Vee Leung Ho. Professor Emeritus Annie Koh from SMU moderated the session.

This newly published manual, edited by Puertos del Estado, aims to guide the port fire fighting personnel. The manual aims to familiarize them with the maritime environment and the specific requirements for interventions when fighting fires on board ships.

Meet Captain Stephen Thomas, Navozyme's Advisory Board member
Captain Stephen Thomas has the motto of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst "Serve to Lead" deeply ingrained within him.
Capt. Thomas has been sailing since childhood, first in dinghies and then in offshore yachts. He obtained his first skipper qualification at the age of 16 and was a Yacht Master at 18.
He has cruised throughout the world and for the last 20 years has been in command of “Fadlallah”, homeported in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
He holds an MCA Master Yachts and is an Associate Fellow of the Royal Institute of Navigation. He previously held the position of Chairman of the British Business Group in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and of Deputy Regulator of the British Parachute Association, the UK's governing body for skydiving.
Captain Stephen Thomas advises Navozyme in many areas, including the superyacht industry's specificities.
