Iñaki Saltor joins Navozyme's Advisory Board

Iñaki Saltor is the Founder and Managing Partner of SALTOR Talent, an executive search firm affiliated with the Kennedy Executive Search international network. With 23 years' experience, he started at CATENON where he rose to General Manager in Spain by 2008 and spearheaded its 2009 expansion into Brazil as Managing Director. Returning to Spain, he led Human Resources at CELSA, a multinational steel group. Throughout his extensive career, Iñaki has conducted critical executive searches globally, showcasing expertise across diverse sectors such as healthcare, steel, FMCG, technology, telecommunications, retail, fashion, and railways.


Iñaki holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, an MBA, and an AMP from IESE. Currently enrolled in the IESE leadership and coaching program, he aims to be a certified coach by early 2024 and serves as a career advisor at IESE Business School.
