I am a first generation auctioneer and have been in the auction business for 23 years and started Redfield Group in 2001. My wife Cindy and son Justin are part of our family business.
We have conducted auctions in over 40 states and Mexico, selling real estate and personal property.
I have been a speaker at Conference and Show, many state associations, instructed at CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute), and have dedicated countless hours to improving our association and industry.
  • I want the NAA to truly become the voice of the industry through a comprehensive plan to keep our association in the media spotlight. We should be the "go to" source for anything related to auctions.
  • We need to increase learning and sharing opportunities for support staff. NAA members need a reason for their staff to join and become long term contributors to the association.
  • I believe that the quickest way to increase membership is through that same support staff.
  • Increase sharing among members. When I entered this industry 23 years ago, sharing wasn't something that I noticed as being common. That has changed and I believe the more we share resources, the stronger we become. We are much more powerful as a group compared to individuals.
