Each year, the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. (NABA) hosts a full day high school program at the Eastern Region Student Conference (ERSC) for minority high school rising juniors and seniors who may be interested in a career in business. The program introduces students to accounting, finance, and business management disciplines through a series of sessions taught by guest lecturers from accounting firms and other corporations. Students will also hear presentations on personal development topics and college preparation.
