CODE OF ETHICS & FAIR HOUSING

The National Association of REALTORS^® (“NAR”) has required all REALTORS^® to complete a Code of Ethics ("COE") training. In addition, REALTORS^® are also required to complete Fair Housing / Anti-Bias within NAR

at least once during each given period, to retain their membership.

The current period's training deadline is December 31, 2027. From January to November, NABOR^® will be offering the COE & Fair Housing training; some will be held via ZOOM and others will be held in-person.

CORE COURSES

Florida Realtors Core courses are offered for CE credit using live simulcast technology. Students take the course at their local associations and participate virtually with students in associations around the state. iCE virtual classes are also listed in the Florida Realtors Education Calendar
