CODE OF ETHICS & FAIR HOUSING

IN-PERSON ONLY or VIA ZOOM

The National Association of REALTORS^® (“NAR”) has required all REALTORS^® to complete a Code of Ethics ("COE") training. In addition, REALTORS^® are also required to complete Fair Housing / Anti-Bias within NAR

at least once during each given period, to retain their membership.

The current period's training deadline is December 31, 2027. From January to November, NABOR^® will be offering the COE & Fair Housing training; some will be held via ZOOM and others will be held in-person.

The National Association of REALTORS® and its affiliated institutes, societies, and councils provide a wide-ranging menu of programs and services that assist members in increasing skills, productivity, and knowledge. Designations and certifications acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors are awarded by each affiliated group upon completion of the required courses. In addition, NAR offers several certification programs to its members.
