The biggest appraisal reporting change in over a decade is here. On January 26, 2026 the redesigned Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) went into full production and replaced multiple existing forms—including the 1004, 1073, 1025, and more—with a single, dynamic report for all residential property types.
This AQB‑Approved course (designed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) delivers a practical deep dive so you can transition with confidence:
- Understand the new URAR structure, data fields, and workflows (UAD 3.6)
- Review real‑world example scenarios and reporting expectations
- Learn how to produce thorough, compliant reports under the new standard
- Position yourself to confidently accept the broad production rollout
