Sapphire = $4,000,000 total volume and minimum of 12 transaction sides

Emerald = $5,000,000 total volume and minimum of 12 transaction sides

Diamond = $7,000,000 total volume and minimum of 12 transaction sides

Double Diamond = $14,000,000 total volume and minimum of 12 transaction sides

PROGRAM GUIDELINES


  • Members will have until close of business on February 16th to view the report and request changes. If a member does not agree with their production as published in the ranking report, they should email the details to our MLS Department



  • The residential production for individuals and teams will be reported to the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal exactly as approved by the Awards committee.


  • Transactions must be in the MLS to be counted.



  • A minimum of twelve transaction sides and a minimum of $4,000,000 in volume is required to qualify for an award.

The biggest appraisal reporting change in over a decade is here. On January 26, 2026 the redesigned Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) went into full production and replaced multiple existing forms—including the 1004, 1073, 1025, and more—with a single, dynamic report for all residential property types.

This AQB‑Approved course (designed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) delivers a practical deep dive so you can transition with confidence:

  • Understand the new URAR structure, data fields, and workflows (UAD 3.6)
  • Review real‑world example scenarios and reporting expectations
  • Learn how to produce thorough, compliant reports under the new standard
  • Position yourself to confidently accept the broad production rollout


Dennis Badger, Certified General Appraiser and Certified USPAP Instructor; former member of the Appraisal Standards Board (2011–2014). Dennis provides investigative and compliance services to appraiser regulatory agencies and has been active with AARO since 1998. He currently serves as 2025 AARO President and has contributed to investigator training for AARO, The Appraisal Foundation, and CLEAR.

We have a system in place that allows for an MLS Dues Waiver, enabling unlicensed administrative staff to have their own credentials and their dues waived. You also have the ability to grant access to other agents within your office to work on your behalf when assistance is required.
