Review your production and, if you agree with the numbers, click here to claim your award certificate and/or your free banquet ticket . If you do not agree with the numbers, send an email with supporting documentation to mls@nwarealtors.org. Staff will work with you to resolve the issue.

All award recipients are provided with one free ticket to the banquet, but you must claim the ticket by the deadline. Teams will receive one free ticket. Free tickets are not transferable. You may claim your award certificate even if you do not plan to attend the banquet.

The time period for reviewing production and claiming your FREE ticket will end at noon on January 18th. We understand this is a very narrow window, however this change was made so that we could host our banquet early in the year.

If you anticipate receiving an award for your 2017 production, please send your updated head shot to dhancock@nwadg.com for inclusion in the event program.

Dues invoices are due on February 1 and can be paid online at ims.nwarealtors.org. If you wish to mail a check, our mailing address is 314 N. Goad Springs Road, Lowell, AR 72745.

Principal and Managing Brokers on Thursday, January 25 th at 8:30 a.m. We anticipate the meeting will conclude by 10:00 a.m.

Changes are coming to our lockbox and keycard system! In June we will host a lockbox exchange at the NABOR Event Center. All iBox BT (Bluetooth) and iBox BTLE's (Bluetooth Low Energy) will be exchanged for all new inventory and all boxes issued will be BTLE. Click here to see how this will virtually eliminate the need for FOB's. We will no longer provide or support the older (non-Bluetooth) iBoxes. iBox inventory will not be exchanged.

We will also begin phasing out ActiveKeys in the next few weeks. The ActiveKey is being replaced and updated with the XpressKEY pictured here.

Side note: We have recently experienced several issues with lockboxes purchased online from private sellers. We are happy to add these boxes to inventory when we can, but if the box has not been properly deprogrammed or if it is from outside our market area we are unable to add it to inventory. Boxes that cannot be added to inventory will not function with our system.
