Our next membership meeting will be held at the NABOR Event Center at noon on Thursday, May 2nd. Our speaker will be Mayor Peter Christie of Bella Vista.

Our luncheon menu is spaghetti, Italian baked zucchini, garden salad, garlic bread sticks and peanut butter brownies. The banquet committee plans to hold their annual bake sale, so bring your sweet tooth and your checkbook! Progressive 100 spots are $20 each in May and you can bid on our May SOAR silent auction at the link below!


We will have a "Split the Cash" drawing and one lucky REALTOR® could win $500 in our monthly drawing!

Go to ims.nwarealtors.org , click on Events, and you can pre-register for individual luncheons and save $2 on each luncheon.
We will be hosting this class at the NABOR Event Center on May 29 from 1-4 pm and on May 30 from 9-noon. These classes are hands-on training so please bring your devices with you. We have limited electric outlets in the event center; we suggest you charge your devices before you come to class.


The Northwest Arkansas Board of REALTORS® is hosting their first annual Family Game Day on Saturday, May 4th at the NABOR Event Center in Lowell.

Register at the door, $10 for adults, $2 for children over age 2. Children under age 2 are admitted FREE!

One lucky REALTOR® will win $1,000 in cash to be given away by random drawing at our banquet in December. To qualify for the drawing, you must attend nine of the eleven monthly meetings in 2018 and attend the banquet. Be sure to sign in at the registration table each month so that we can track your attendance!

In addition, the Northwest Arkansas Board of REALTORS® is giving away $100 in cash at each board luncheon meeting this year. You must attend the meeting and be signed in to win. If the winner is not present, the prize will rollover to the following month.
HOW TO AVOID THE THREE MOST COMMON MLS VIOLATIONS
The top three rule violations for the first quarter of 2019 are:

#1 Incorrect School District: Make sure when you enter a listing that the school district matches the public records. If it does not, the Data Checker system will read the entry as a violation. If you KNOW the district is incorrect in the public records, please submit documentation to [email protected] when you enter the listing.

#2 Active Multiple Listings (not cross-referenced): When you enter a listing multiple times under separate categories (for example, listing a farmhouse with acreage in both residential, farms and land) you must cross reference the listing ID numbers in the MLS REMARKS section.

#3 Address Verification (zip code): Make sure when you enter a listing that the zip code matches the public records. If it does not, the Data Checker system will read the entry as a violation. If you KNOW the zip code is incorrect in the public records, please submit documentation to [email protected] when you enter the listing.
