April 4 - May 2 - June 6 - July 11

August 1 - September 5 - October 3 - November 14

Buffet opens at 11:30 am, meeting starts at noon

One lucky REALTOR® will win $1,000 in cash to be given away by random drawing at our banquet in December. To qualify for the drawing, you must attend nine of the eleven monthly meetings in 2018 and attend the banquet. Be sure to sign in at the registration table each month so that we can track your attendance!

In addition, the Northwest Arkansas Board of REALTORS® is giving away $100 in cash at each board luncheon meeting this year. You must attend the meeting and be signed in to win. If the winner is not present, the prize will rollover to the following month.

If the listing is entered later than three (3) business days after the execution date, then the reason for delay must be submitted to the office of the multiple listing service within three business days of the listing contract date, using the NEWLY REVISED Sellers Authorization to Withhold. 

 

Listing contract date in our rules references the beginning of the listing period as stated in the Exclusive Right-to-Sell (Residential) form. Execution date is the date the signatures of the seller(s) were obtained.
