It's time to review the preliminary ranking reports for 2019!
1) Please review the reports linked below and confirm that you have been ranked correctly and all transactions through September 30, 2019 are accounted for. Note that this report is preliminary and will not include transactions closed after September 30.

2) If you agree with your ranking, do nothing. The final ranking report will be sent out by January 31, 2020 and will include the transactions for the 4th quarter.

3) If you believe your production is not correct, please email with the details. MLS staff will research the issue and contact you.

4) The award claim form will be published in January with the final ranking report. That form allows your broker to instruct the MLS staff on whether you should be ranked as a team or as an individual.

Earlier this month, the NAR Board of Directors passed MLS Policy Statement 8.0, more commonly known as the Clear Cooperation Rule. The NABOR MLS Committee met on Monday to begin discussing implementation steps and a timeline. 

The rule must, by NAR mandate, be implemented no later than May 1, 2020. We will keep our members informed as decisions are made by your leadership team.

Did you know that you only have seven (7) business days from the Sold Date to update your listing from Pending to Sold or input your exempt listing into the system as Sold?  
Final closing of sales and sale prices shall be reported to the multiple listing service by the listing broker within seven (7) business days after they have occurred, including exempted listings and non-listed solds, except as outlined in Section 1.12, 2.6 and 2.8. If negotiations were carried on under Section 2(a) or 2(b) hereof, the cooperating broker shall report accepted offers and prices to the listing broker within seven (7) business days after occurrence and the listing broker shall report them to the service within seven (7) business days after receiving notice from the cooperating broker.
