Happy Fall!

Each year the NACC asks all members to verify their Member Profile information to ensure that we can communicate with you, provide you access to our rich repository of resources, and keep you connected to the NACC family. Please log into the NACC Member Portal and update your information by Friday, November 29th.


See below an instructional video for how to access and update your Profile information. If you prefer following written instructions, please find those below the video. If you need assistance, contact Michelle (membership) @ the NACC Office ext. 308.


How to update your Profile
  • Go to www.nacc.org.
  • Click on the “Member Portal Login” button which is in the upper right corner of our home page.
  • Your user name is your email address.
  • Your password is the password you used last time you were in the member portal.
  • If you have never signed in or don't remember your password just click on "forgot your password" link. You will be prompted to set up a new password. Remember to write it down for next time. Go back to the Login page. Enter username/password
  • Click on "Login" box.
  • Click on the "Edit this Profile" link at the top of the screen in the blue box.
  • Each section on the left is a different tab. Click on each tab name to move between tabs. Review all tabs for accuracy and make changes as needed. 
  • Click on “save and continue editing” button as you move thru the list and make changes after completing each tab.
  • Move to the next tab and repeat.
  • Tab 1 - General information tab
  1. Click on General Information on the left menu to view/updated your address/phone/email. Make changes as appropriate.
  2. This tab reflects your preferred mailing address.
  3. Click on “save and continue editing” button.
  • Tab 2 - Additional Addresses tab
  1. This tab must have your home and work information.
  • Each year NACC sends a letter to the Bishop's to let them know who is working in their Diocese. We pull the mailing list from this tab.
  1. Press blue "add" button to add your work and home address.
  2. Use the Type Institution to designate your work address. Use the Type Home to designate your home address.
  3. Click on “save and continue editing” button.
  • Tab 3 - Additional Phones tab
  1. Press blue "add" button to add additional phone # you would like to share.
  2. Click on “save and continue editing” button.
  • Tab 4 - Additional Emails tab
  1. Press blue "add" button to add additional email addresses you would like to share.
  2. Click on “save and continue editing” button.
  • Tab 5 - Social Media tab
  1. Use drop down menu to select the Social Media you would like to share with NACC.
  2. Copy and paste the URL address from the Social Media that you have chosen.
  3. Click on “save and continue editing” button.
  • Tab 6 - Update Your Preferences tab
  1. Certification Mentor - If you are currently a Mentor or interested in mentoring someone who is preparing for Initial Certification, please check the appropriate box.
  2. Diocese of Ministry - Choose your work place Diocese.
  3. Institution - "Workplace" Type Click on to update your workplace type.
  4. NACC Now - Click on subscribe to get our semi-monthly newsletter featuring upcoming events, Webinars, and articles.
  5. Networking Calls - Click to subscribe.
  6. Religious Affiliation of Institution (Workplace) - Click on yours.
  7. Responsibility - Click on yours.
  8. Click on “save and continue editing” button
  9. Congratulations and thank you for completing!!!!


You will receive an email with your changes and so will NACC. Staff will review and reach out with any questions. Once they are approved, they will be posted to your Member Profile. This process takes a few days.
