During Sunday morning's Inspirational Program, the
Zion United Methodist Church's (UMC) Saints of Submission
choir members (pictured above) performed a capella for program attendees.
Following the performance, UMC Music Director
Dennis Cooper
shared some motivational words, reminding attendees to build strong roots and create strong foundations to carry home with them following their week in Las Vegas.

KICKS OFF WITH
VIP EVENT

Yesterday, the National Conservation Planning Partnership (NCPP) Innovation Fair at this year's Conservation Expo kicked off with a VIP Event sponsored by Land O'Lakes SUSTAIN Truterra.
Jason Weller (pictured above), Senior Director of Sustainability with Land O'Lakes SUSTAIN greeted attendees, remarking on the exciting progress of conservation within the agriculture community.
"It's exciting to be back where it all started,"
he said. "Today, we need to recognize and support conservation efforts more than ever, and it starts with the work of conservation districts."

Tim Palmer were also in attendance, welcoming expo visitors. The Innovation Fair, which is part of this year's Conservation Expo, showcases organizations and companies whose innovations help support conservation delivery.
The expo will be open today from
10:30 a.m. to
12:00 p.m. and from
2:15 to
5:00 p.m., and will include an opportunity to network with conservation partners and learn about the newest technologies and most relevant issues affecting natural resources management and conservation districts.

- Monday morning's Opening General Session begins at 8:00 a.m. in the Gold/Platinum room.
- Following the general session, this year's Leadership Luncheon begins at 12:00 p.m. in the Gold/Platinum room. Please have your name tag with you, as it will gain you access to the luncheon.
- Today's breakout sessions will go from 2:30-3:30 p.m. and 4:00-5:00 p.m. Be sure to check out the program for descriptions on each session.
- The NCF Live Action begins with a happy hour at 6:00 p.m., sponsored by Ducks Unlimited. The auction starts promptly at 7:00 p.m. in the Gold/Platinum room. Haven't donated your item yet? Please bring it by the auction donation booth in the Grand Salon by noon today! This year's auction will once again feature the Draw Down, where you'll have the chance to win $500, so don't forget to bring your twenties!

Yesterday, NACD kicked off the 74th Annual Meeting with an opening reception featuring this year's exhibitors at the Conservation Expo.
