Update from NACE President, Jeff Blue

What a whirlwind 2023 has been for me as your NACE President. Since I last communicated with you in June, I have been in Tacoma, Washington for the Washington State Association of County Engineers meeting which also overlapped with the National Committee on Uniform Traffic Control Devices meeting in Tacoma as well. So that was a two for one for me in late June. The NACo annual meeting was in Austin, TX and as you may know we have many NACE members on the Transportation Steering Committee of NACo, including all our Executive Committee members. Rich Sanders did a nice job of recapping that meeting in our August NACE News. The Association of County Engineers of Alabama welcomed me with open arms to their meeting in August, which was held in Perdido Beach. From the Pacific Northwest and Mount Rainier in Washington to the Gulf Shores of Alabama you won’t find better people more dedicated to their professions and to NACE than the County Engineers and Road Officials representing Team NACE.

Modern planning and project management software

OneOffice is an infrastructure project management software that aids in project and portfolio management for capital improvement planning, land acquisition (ROW) management, and construction project management. Utilize a single platform for all project related data, regardless of the project phase, eliminating duplicate data entry points and improving project oversight. Easily integrate with other tools, such as Microsoft Office and ESRI ArcGIS, to have a single source of information that connects with your other business critical systems.

Meet Your Specific Business Needs

The way each agency manages capital planning and construction is different. With OneOffice, start with default setup, with the option to customize every aspect of the application to match your agency’s business processes, requirements, rules, and documents.

Help Your Team Work Better and Boost Productivity

Provide visibility needed to keep everyone organized, informed and productive by accessing project information anytime, anywhere from any type of device. Use standardized or custom created access rights to control what internal and external users can view, edit, and delete from project information, for specific sections or even fields.

Make Data Flow More Efficiently

With integrations into products like Outlook and ArcGIS, OneOffice connects with your most used software tools. The software is API-based to easily integrate with any other system and remove silos of project information.
