NACMS NEWSLETTER - December 2017

Advent Marian Meditations

Each week of Advent we will be releasing short podcasts that are meditations on one aspect of Mary's life related to Advent hosted by Sr. Gabrielle Bibeau, FMI. This is the first episode of our Advent Marian Meditations, and it is about the Annunciation. We hope you can pray with this podcast, perhaps as a new prayer practice for Advent.

This podcast features a Scripture reading, reflection questions, and soothing music to lead you deeper into prayer. Come back next week for the next episode on the Immaculate Conception.

Changes to Marianist Studies Online Courses

NACMS is offering Marianist Online Courses as reserved courses. This is a great way for members of the Marianist Family to build community as they deepen their knowledge of Marianist topics.

Reserved courses consist of groups of 6-12 people who are interested in taking a particular course together at the same time. You can choose any of the courses listed below and we can run the course at your convenience. (Dates do need to fall within the calendar dates of the University of Dayton VLCFF cycles).

Three of our courses are still on the UD VLCFF roster (Community, Mary Holy Possibility, and Prayer).  Click here to review their course calendar for 2018.

Contact Patti Gehred, Program Coordinator, at  if you are interested in setting up a reserved course or have any other questions regarding our Marianist Online Courses.

All of us at NACMS wish you blessed Advent season.
