NADTC is excited to launch the newly redesigned Every Ride Counts page, a one-stop resource to help organizations promote accessible transportation in their communities. Rural Community Innovations: Lessons from the Field


After 10 months of work, 11 recipients of the 2024 NADTC Rural Community Innovations Transportation Planning Grant program have wrapped up their projects with written action plans to expand rural transportation access. FTA Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey Now Open


The FTA is inviting partners and stakeholders to participate in its 2025 Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey. This national survey is designed to gather candid feedback on FTA’s performance as a federal grant-making agency, including its technical assistance, communications and customer service. Transportation Solutions for Agricultural Communities


The Coordinating Council on Access and Mobility and National RTAP released a new Technical Assistance Brief focused on improving transportation access in agricultural communities. This resource is designed to help local governments, nonprofits and transit providers develop affordable, reliable mobility options for farmworkers and rural residents—many of whom spend up to 40 percent of their monthly income on transportation. The brief outlines federal funding opportunities, cost-sharing strategies and real-world examples to support collaborative transit solutions.

CMS Unveils $50 Billion Rural Health Transformation Program


The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has launched the Rural Health Transformation Program, a historic $50 billion initiative aimed at revitalizing health care in rural America. Funded through the Working Families Tax Cuts Act, the program invites all 50 states to apply for support to reimagine rural health systems—expanding access, improving outcomes and building sustainable care models. The deadline for states to apply is November 5, 2025.
