June Advisory Board Newsletter

Greetings Marketing,

We’re grateful for an impactful 2022-23 school year, and thank you for helping in countless ways. We're excited to see the power of collaboration between educators and business partners to support our students. Check out a few new planning resources and opportunities for advisory board members and volunteers, and enjoy inspiring words from our Benefit.

19th Annual NAF Benefit

The 19th Annual NAF Benefit in New York was held on May 16; it was a huge success. A highlight of the night was hearing from our students and NAF's Founder & Chairman, Sanford I. Weill, who was honored with the Future Ready Legacy Award.

"Because of the classes, activities, and connections to the Advisory Board, today, I am confident. I’m a leader. And, can you believe it, the quiet, shy girl is a Peer Mentor at school" - Ariana Peña Ramirez, NAF Academy of Finance Student, Business of Sports School

"Let's work together to really do a job that is good for yourself, good for your family, and good for the communities that you work in." -Sanford I. Weill, NAF Founder & Chairman

Planning Resources

Now is an ideal time to begin planning for the 2023-24 school year, and fundraising is an important aspect of academy sustainability.

The Enloe Academy of Medical Biosciences in Raleigh, NC, raised over $30,000 using the website wefund4u.com, which helps with the marketing campaign aspects of fundraising.
