UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT -
Meet John Podkomorski.
John has been a NAMI member since 2006. He's a Family-to-Family and NAMI Provider instructor, support group facilitator, and an experienced presenter of NAMI information throughout Marion County.
John is retired, sort of, from a long career in Silicon Valley High Tech jobs. He's learning every day how much computers have developed capabilities they really shouldn't have.
John & Diane (his wife for 51 years - yikes!) have been dedicated contributors to NAMI for over 15 years. It's like an old friend bringing fried chicken to a party.
John is excited to return to NAMI after a short inactive time. Please welcome John, and send your suggestions, questions, thoughts, gripes, et al to John at
John's Email.

Clubhouses Save Lives
Through over 300 local
Clubhouses in more than 30 countries around the world, Clubhouses offer people living with mental illness opportunities for friendship, employment, housing, education and access to medical and psychiatric services in a single caring and safe environment – this social and economic inclusion reverses the alarming trends of higher suicide, hospitalization and incarceration rates associated with mental illness.

The ORA Clubhouse is
OPEN FOR BUSINESS
The Ora Clubhouse is a local community center that provides its members the opportunity to build long-term relationships and reintegrate themselves within the community.
Our program is centered around a work-ordered day in which members and staff work together to accomplish the daily tasks required for the clubhouse to be fully functional.
Through the work-ordered day, members have the opportunity to practice learned skills and acquire new ones useful for employment and life.
