We just got further guidance around applying for the Congressional Directed Spending from our Senators that we wanted to share with you.
As we shared last week, Senator’s Wyden and Merkley are now using an online form to collect Congressional Directed Spending requests. They’ve now provided additional information on requirements for funding from each subcommittee – you can find that document here. Please read through the requirements closely – there is a lot of information and the competition for these resources will be significant. The guidelines will be tremendously helpful for determining if you should submit and for completing an application. Once you read through the updated information, please create an account and use this form to submit your request.
If you’ve already emailed your field representative, please fill out this form as well. The deadline to submit these requests is Friday, May 14 by 6 p.m. PT.
We know that this is a lot of new information to sift through and that many of you might have questions. There will be a Zoom conference call with Senator Wyden and Senator Merkley’s team this Wednesday, May 12 from 10 – 11 a.m. PT to give a quick overview of the requirements and field questions.
