Did you know that the National Association of Realtors® requires the Code of Ethics every three years in order to maintain standards in the profession? A common responsibility for Realtors® is integrity and honor in their profession along with maintaining these obligations to their clients, customers, the public and fellow Realtors®. Attending this course will help you to remain informed on issues affecting real estate today and will help you maintain your knowledge as a professional Realtor®. Come share your experience as your study with other professionals in your market. We will identify the Articles that make up the Code of Ethics and talk about how you as a Realtor® can take steps assisting appropriate regulatory bodies to eliminate practices which may damage the public or which might discredit or bring dishonor to the real estate profession. Learn how Realtors® may violate the Code of Ethics including misappropriation of client or customer funds or property, willful discrimination, or fraud which can result in substantial economic harm and why its important to bring such matters to the attention of the appropriate Board or Association of Realtors®
