NEW FAIR HOUSING REQUIREMENT 1/1/2025 - 12/31/2027
In addition to being a new 3-year ethics cycle, it is also the start of a new Fair Housing / Anti-Bias 3-year cycle.
The cycle for All Realtors® and Appraisers is January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027.
This is a requirement of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). All Realtors® and Appraisers must complete at least 2 hours of Fair Housing training and 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics (COE) training in the same 3-year cycle.
