Dear Sharon,

Welcome to NASN2025! Day 1 was a powerful one, starting with NASN's Annual Meeting, where NASN members gathered to celebrate the accomplishments of the past year and get energized about exciting plans for the future. President Kate King delivered her farewell address, followed by the induction ceremony of new President Lynn Nelson, President-Elect Patricia Endsley, and Constance Griffin, Secretary/Treasurer (re-elected for a two-year term). We honored the eight outstanding individuals inducted as Fellows of the National Academy of School Nursing. In the app, you can go to the tile labeled "Fellow Inductee Bios" to read more about these amazing professionals. Members voted on proposed changes to the NASN Bylaws.

The day continued with three sets of breakout sessions, where attendees dove into topics such as the role of the school nurse in the evolving education and public health landscapes, chronic absenteeism, student mental health, collaboration, and implementing the School Nursing Practice Framework™.

To close out an inspiring day, we turned the spotlight on the extraordinary individuals shaping the future of school nursing at NASN’s third annual Lily Awards. This celebration of innovation, leadership, and impact brought well-deserved recognition to school nurses and their allies. The festivities continued into the evening with the lively Lily After-Party—an energetic tribute to excellence in school health, generously sponsored by School Health Corporation.

Thank You to All of the NASN2025 Sponsors!

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the exhibitors and sponsors for sharing their expertise, resources, and support. Your involvement played a vital role in enriching the experience for our attendees, and we deeply appreciate your continued partnership.
