Dear Xavier Parents, Students and Community,

I pray that you have enjoyed the summer and were able to spend some quality time with those you love. I wanted to share my excitement with all of you as we embark on a new school year as one unified Xavier Catholic School District.

As a Catholic school community, we do all things with our Catholic faith at the center. This year will be no different. In fact, I truly believe as one we will be even stronger. We will remain steadfast in being a light to others and leading through our actions in each of our schools and in our greater community. 

Soon the faces of our priests, staff, students and families will once again be seen throughout the halls. We are excited about the new opportunities we have to offer students within our ACE program and welcome new staff members in many areas.

As our new year begins, we celebrate our new Xavier Catholic Schools theme: “God’s light shines brighter when we serve as one.” May we continue to see the goodness of God’s kingdom as we use our individual gifts to become stronger together.

Moving forward, the Navigator, will be sent on Sunday evenings to help our families navigate the upcoming week and beyond. Navigator emails will be available/archived on the Parent Portal page at XavierSaints.org/Parent for on-demand reading.

Xavier's "Good News" email will continue being sent on Thursdays, featuring highlights of the great things happening at Xavier.

Note: Xavier will send special email updates only when warranted by critically urgent information that needs to be shared with families. Parents will also continue to receive text alerts as they relate to school delays/cancellations or emergency situations (if that option was selected in PowerSchool).

ACTION ITEM: Complete Xavier Volunteer Form

Xavier has a strong tradition of parents stepping forward to offer their time and resources to make our school truly xceptional. We ask that ALL Xavier families fill out the Xavier Volunteer Form to indicate areas that interest you. Currently we have received responses from about 22% of families. There are many different types of opportunities to share your time and talent, and many hands make light work! Several of these opportunities or committees require little time commitment, have options available outside of work hours, and some can even be done from home. Thank you for helping to support Xavier High School!

2024-25 Parent/Guardian-Student Handbook

The Xavier Catholic Schools Board of Education officially approved the updated 2024-2025 Parent/Guardian-Student Handbook.

The updated version of the handbook can also be found on the Parent Portal at xaviersaints.org/parent. (It's a great idea to bookmark this Parent Portal webpage as it can be a helpful tool throughout the year.)

Parking Permits

It is still possible to purchase a parking permit for $40 through the main office.  You or your student can either bring in cash/check or if you prefer to pay with a credit card, you can do so through Snap! (formerly 8to18). Please have your student bring vehicle information - make, model, year, color and license plate - for both their primary & secondary vehicles when they come to pick out their spot. Donations Needed for Back-to-School Lunch

XPX will hold a back to school luncheon for all teachers and staff on Wednesday, August 28. All donations may be dropped off on the cart outside the main office on Wednesday, August 28 from 7:30-9:30am. (Please note change in drop off date.)
