2024-25 Registration is Now Open!

PowerSchool Registration is now open! You are welcome and encouraged to start this process at this time. Deadline to complete the registration process is March 29, 2024 for priority enrollment. After March 29, 2024 all registration materials are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

2024/2025 Board Approved Calendar

The Xavier school board recently approved the calendar for the 2024/25 school year. This calendar now includes dates for all Xavier Catholic Schools.

XPX Uniform & Spirit Wear Collection

XPX will once again be collecting “graduated” and out-grown GENTLY WORN uniforms. These items will be available in August for purchase at the annual SAINTS SHOP Back-to-School Sale! All proceeds from this sale will directly benefit the XPX programs, which support the students, staff and teachers at Xavier. When you clean out those closets, please bring ANY UNIFORM APPROVED items (polos, sweaters, quarter-zips, pants) to the main office. Gently used spirit wear will be accepted too. All items must be without stains or tears. Thank you for your support!

2023-24 Yearbooks ~ Order Now and Help us meet our Sales Goal!

Senior Photos Deadline

Seniors Photos for the yearbook will be due March 29th and can be emailed to Lauren Phillips at [email protected].

Students should be in appropriate attire with no baseball caps. 

The Season of Lent

The penitential season of Lent begins on Wednesday, February 14. Lent lasts 40 days and will end on March 28, Holy Thursday. We are asked to pray, fast and give alms during these 40 days. All are welcome to join us for Ash Wednesday Mass at 9:50 AM in the Ron Thillen Gym at Xavier. During the season of Lent our morning prayer will consist of scripture and reflections from Bishop Barron and a moment of silence for contemplation. Daily there is a Rosary offered in the Chapel at 7:15 AM, Friday morning there is 7:00 AM Mass with adoration following until 3:00 PM. On Holy Thursday there will be live Stations of the Cross in the theater. There are opportunities for the sacrament of reconciliation at Xavier and at all the parishes. Students check the Campus Ministry bulletin board for date and times.

Important Course Scheduling Information for Next Year

We asked that all students schedule courses for the 2024/25 school year by last Friday. Parents can review their students’ choices by:

• Logging into PowerSchool from the Xavier website (not the app)
• Click on student’s name in top left Corner (if you have multiple students, they will all be listed here)
• Click on “Class Registration” in left menu
• Click on “View Course Requests” at top to see a summary page

Students were asked to sign up for 16 courses (8 each semester) along with 2 alternates to help with scheduling. Students taking Kirkwood courses may have less than 16.

St. Louis University Dual Credit

Monday, February 12th is the last day for students to register for dual credit with St. Louis University (SLU) for second semester.

Boys Soccer Parent Meeting

There will be a Boys Soccer Parent Meeting on Monday, February 12 at 6:00pm in the Xavier Commons

Girls Tennis Parent Meeting

There will be a Girls Tennis Parent meeting on Monday, February 19th, at 6:30pm in the Xavier Library.

Cheerleading Tryouts

There will be a meeting for those interested in learning more about cheerleading on Wednesday, February 28th at 5:30pm in the XHS Commons.
