PowerSchool Registration is Now Available for 2025/26

PowerSchool Registration is now available for all returning Xavier Catholic Schools families. With growing enrollment, your attention to these forms is important in securing your child’s spot for the 25-26 school year. The date and time of received registration materials will be used in situations where capacity limits enrollment. 

In order for enrollment to be considered complete, all Power School Enrollment Express forms must be submitted and/or accepted (yellow and green leaves will indicate these statuses). Deadline to complete the registration process is March 1, 2025 for priority enrollment. After March 1, 2025 all registration materials are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Support for Immigrant Families

If any of our families that are immigrants to the United States would like to chat with someone at school, please know that Mrs. Holverson will be very happy to talk with you about anything that you think might help your family feel safe. We will not initiate any conversations about the recent news pertaining to immigration with students, but in order to ensure our families, and especially our students, are feeling safe at school, we are happy to help and point to resources that may be helpful.  

Course Registration for Next Year!

On Monday, February 3rd students will hear presentations and receive information regarding courses for next year. Juniors will be selecting courses on Tuesday during RTI, Sophomores on Wednesday, and Freshmen on Thursday. Please discuss course selections with your students.

Freshmen Scheduling Night

Monday, February 10th we will be hosting Freshmen Scheduling Night at Xavier for incoming Freshmen. Parents and students are required to attend. Students transferring in from schools other than Xavier Catholic Middle Schools are welcome to attend to hear information. We will be setting up separate scheduling events for these students so we have more time to evaluate their previous courses and placements.

Senior Photos Deadline

Seniors Photos for the yearbook will be due April 4th and can be emailed to Lauren Phillips at lauren.phillips@crxcs.org

Students should be in appropriate attire with no baseball caps.

24/25 Yearbooks

2024-2025 yearbooks can be purchased now through Jostens for $75. Yearbooks are available for purchase until the end of May, but the price goes up the longer you wait, so get yours now!

Career Opportunity with XCS: Human Resources & Payroll Specialist

Human Resources Specialist Responsible for payroll processing, benefits administration, and providing comprehensive support of the human resources department. Required credentials include a relevant educational background and experience. A Bachelor's degree (BA) from an accredited four-year institution, along with two to three years of experience in payroll and benefits, is essential.
