Musical Tickets

Starting Monday, October 9th at 8:00 AM, reserve your seat for a magical evening of music and dancing at Xavier Performing Arts production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella. Reserved seats are available for purchase by visiting our new ticketing agency at the link below. 

All seats are $10 and must be purchased online before the show. No activity passes are accepted. No tickets will be sold at the door.

Action Item: Community Service Day Registration is PAST DUE

Xavier High School’s annual Community Service Day is November 8, 2023. This is a wonderful day of service for our Saints out in the community. All students must be registered by their parents in order to participate.

Parents were asked to complete their student(s) registration by Monday, October 2. We have currently received registration for about 50% of students.

Please also consider joining us as a parent driver for the day! This day is not possible without the volunteers who are willing to drive our students. It is a great day of service and fun! *We are in need of extra drivers this year due to buses being unavailable. 

The rain makeup date will be Monday, November 13th.

For families with siblings, please complete this form for EACH STUDENT.

Transportation Reimbursement Reminder

First semester non-public transportation reimbursement forms are linked below. Click the district in which you live to find the form you need to submit. 

• To qualify for reimbursement you must live 3+ miles from Xavier (2+ miles for elementary/middle schools).
• Cedar Rapids school district forms need to be turned into the Xavier main office by Tuesday, November 28th. 
• If you live in College Community, Linn Mar Community, Marion Independent or any other district, the form must be mailed directly to that district's business office. They must receive it by December 1st. 
• If you live in a school district that is not listed you will need to contact that school district’s business or transportation department to obtain the form and address to mail it to.

All Students Participating in XHS Winter, Spring, or Summer Activities Must Be Registered on Bound

If your student is interested in participating in any extracurricular activities for the winter, spring, or summer seasons (FINE ARTS, ATHLETICS OR CLUBS), parents must register each student via Bound. If your student is interested in participating in multiple activities, please register for each activity.

If your student is considering participating in athletics or cheer, parents must also upload a Physical, Concussion and Permission/Release Form via Bound. These forms will now be uploaded through this process – paper forms will not be accepted in the XHS Activities Office moving forward. You will not need to print a form elsewhere.

Please do NOT upload immunization records - these must be turned in to the school nurse either via hard copy or emailed to kris.naeve@xaviersaints.org

Girls Wrestling

Attention families of XHS female students: The State of Iowa has sanctioned Girls Wrestling as it’s own sport, and Xavier has gotten on board in a big way by jumping in wholeheartedly and launching a new chapter in women’s athletics.

If your daughter is interested in being part of Xavier's very first Girls Wrestling team at Xavier in the 2022-23 school year, please register on Bound.

There will be an information meeting for parents and athletes on Tuesday, October 17th at 6:30 PM in the Commons to address any questions and discuss the upcoming season.
