I hope you're reading this while balancing your best business season of your career. If so, what are you doing to breathe it in and repeat your wild success? If it isn't, what three changes can you make, or NAWBO Sisters could you talk to, to shift your thinking/attitude/
actions/results?
I ask because, reflecting upon a FitSmallBusiness.com stat I read, I'm encouraging us to step up even more than we do. It states that "In California, 129 new women-owned businesses are established each day, leading all 50 states." That's pretty cool, however...while we represent 37% of all businesses we generate 5% of total business revenue. Ouch. NAWBO CA actively helps increase the revenue number on a macro level. Each of us need to address it on our individual, micro level. I encourage each of us to challenge our value/pricing structure.
The great news is...Propel is just a few weeks away and we'll be examining many aspects of owning our business growth!
