What is the FIT Series?

The FIT Series provides the perfect shaft for the bushing you need. It improves the placement deviation at the shaft end by 70%!

Because NB achieves a perfect ‘fit’, you can take advantage of the cost savings afforded by specifying a standard slide bush, slide rotary bush or stroke bush rather than designing in clearance adjustable housings and trying to make do.

This patented crossed-roller bearing ends slippage

Linear motion is most accurately controlled by crossed-roller slideways, which allow under 2 microns deflection in smaller sizes. Only the major linear guide manufacturer, NB Corporation, offers the award winning, patented STUDROLLER anti-creep design that eliminates crossed-roller retainer slippage.

Aluminum Pillow Blocks and Bushings

The self-aligning bushing, TOPBALL™, open-type linear bushings, closed-type linear bushings, and linear pillow blocks become suitable for miniaturized designs, as well as high-speed applications—including systems moving at up to 3 m/s (9.8 ft/s). This slide unit offers a maximum speed of 5 m/s (16.4 ft/s).
